Amazing Training at Lynton Academy

Training with Lynton Academy

I had the incredible opportunity to attend a specialist training day at the prestigious Lynton Academy in Manchester. The session, led by Dr. Samantha Hills, Clinical Director, and Rhiannon, Clinical Training Manager, deepened my knowledge of the latest laser technologies and techniques.

Lynton was founded by a group of PhD scientists from the Physics Department at the University of Manchester. They designed and built the first-ever Q-Switch laser for skin pigmentation and developed one of the first IPL systems for vascular treatments. Their groundbreaking technology received approval for clinical trials within the NHS, delivering such impressive results that the NHS recommended taking it to market.

In 1994, Lynton was officially established with a mission to develop science-backed, energy-based aesthetic treatments driven by innovation and research.

Today, Lynton is the UK’s leading provider of medical-grade laser & IPL systems, supplying top clinics and hospitals across the country.

As an aesthetic practitioner, I am committed to providing the best advanced treatments, and continuous learning is key. I love every moment of expanding my expertise. This training not only enhances my skills but also reinforces my dedication to offering cutting-edge solutions to my clients.

I’m thrilled to bring this knowledge back to my clinic and implement the latest advancements in laser technology.
